Premium Materials & Quality Control

Our HP GRE fittings are manufactured using premium epoxy resins and reinforced fiberglass sourced from trusted suppliers like PPG and DOW. For conductive fittings, we use an inner conductive veil and filaments, ensuring higher antistatic performance for safe operation in sensitive environments. These fittings are built to withstand temperatures up to 120°C, manufactured with Acid Anhydride or Aromatic Amine-cured systems. We offer fittings with standard ANSI B16.5 Class 150 bolt hole patterns, and other standards, such as ANSI B16.5 >300Lb, DIN, ISO, and JIS, are available upon request to meet the specific requirements of various industries.

Each fitting is subjected to rigorous hydrostatic pressure testing, ensuring it meets the reliability standards needed for demanding offshore and industrial environments. We maintain strict quality control through the use of computer-controlled equipment, ensuring consistency and precision across every product produced. Our fittings comply with ISO 9001 and other international standards, guaranteeing superior quality and performance.
